Before I can make detailed suggestions, it would be useful to know what level you are working towards.
As a start, for general advice, I suggest that you assemble the right information: syllabus or specification, your notes from lessons, text book(s), past exam papers and any marked work you have done.
If any of these are missing, make it a priority when you are next able to do something about them.
Some people like to revise by reading, but usually it is better to DO something. This can be re-writing (not just copying) your notes, maybe insisting that all of one topic must fit on one side of paper, drawing diagrams (spider diagrams etc), making lists etc.
Let me know what you have tried so far and I will try to suggest more ideas.
Lots of people waste time in trying to find their exact best method. Make a start and you will be surprised how things will start to make sense.
