Sorry to state the obvious but the exam board specification is the only document that can tell you what you need to know.
If you don't have one of those, then ask your teacher. Failing that, go on the AQA website and get one for yourself. You don't need to print off the whole specification because that includes many many pages of information for teachers etc but you should be able to find the bit you need. If not, come back on here and let me know.
Within that body of knowledge there will be many things that you know really well and a few that you are really stuck on. Which is which is an individual thing. If there is something you would like me to explain, please come back on here, start a new thread (so that everyone else can see what you are asking about) and I will try to help you.
The other thing that would be useful for you is a set of past paper questions. They are also available on the AQA website (along with the mark schemes).
If you can resist the temptation, try to do the questions without using the markschemes (so you can see how you do on your own), then try to answer the questions with your notes and textbook open (to see what you understand but can't quite remember) and finally mark your work.
