Case studies are sometimes the trickiest parts of the syllabus and sometimes they are just boring. However, they are extremely important if you want a good grade(most questions ask for specific case studies or examples you have studied).
You should always find countries or places that have exactly -0r a little more than- what the syllabus states e.g if you are studying environmental management and the syllabus wants a case study on degraded environments you should research a place with problems like pollution, poor agricultural practices, deforestation etc. and show the attempts and strategies for upgrading or restoring the environment. In that case i would choose somewhere like Nigeria.
In the whole process of researching and writing up the case study, i don't see how you could ...not learn the case study..
i hope this post helps
how do you learn case studies?
