Most people agree that simply reading notes is not very good and a simple improvement is to re-write them. Copying out is one way but much better is to try to re-arrange them or organise them.
If you are lucky enough to have someone who will listen to you try explaining a topic to them. If you can explain it to them, there is a good chance that you understand it yourself. It is even better if theye are able to ask you for help to explain a difficult bit that they don't understand.
A final point..there is no shortcut. Too many students spend too much time looking for the easy way to revise and not enough time actually doing it, no matter style they choose.
i think revision should not be done when it is exam time but immediately after every lessons.bcos in Africa you need to be prepared at all times either for test or exam.so you need to revise at all times.and probably prepare a reading time-table
