ive just started my A-level law, and the first module I found really easy because Im simply just guna learn the perfect essays off by heart. But in module 2 it is alot of problem solving n were expected to learn LOADS of past case-law. Does anyone have any hints on how to do this? Replies would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
it is the law of tort so it is loads of past cases were people have tried to claim of other people for various reasons. An example is the donoghue v stephenson case.
