Answer

The third stanza seems full of life ‘a springful of larks in a rolling cloud’
‘the roadside bushes brimming with whistling blackbirds’
‘the sun of October summery on the hill’s shoulder’

Here there are examples of alliteration ‘bushes brimming with whistling’ the energy of the ‘b’ and the ‘w’ sounds show Thomas’ zest for life and appreciation of the life and power of nature.
Personification: ‘the sun of October summery on the hill’s shoulder’, the hill made to seem like a person, with the sun warming his shoulder, giving value to the landscape and a sense of real warmth.

‘here were fond climates and sweet singers suddenly come in the morning …’

The ‘s’ sound crates a musical and gentle effect to emphasise the beauty of the singing from the birds.
