Answer

He is forgotten by everyone ‘and by all forgot’ (line 4)

There is nothing except the winds, which couldn’t care less about him ‘heedless’ to sign for his death. The winds are personified almost like someone mourning ‘sighing’ for him when he is dead.

The dew on the grass in the morning is the only thing that seems to cry for him (line 7-8) – this is another example of personification, as if he is closer to the landscape than he is to people, as they will not care about his death, but the weather and the landscape will.

He will not (feign) have a friend who will go to his ashes/ graveside to visit him after he is dead.
