As long as you justify your ideas any answer is allowed. I would say the person is not very likeable. This is because they seem to do this because they are bored. They like to destroy things, but they do not create anything positively.

(S)he seems pleased that when the snowman has been taken ‘children will cry in the morning’ which gives him/her a thrill. The only justification given is ‘life’s tough’ as if this is an acceptable reason for taking the snowman.

The speaker can see that what they are doing has consequences, but doesn’t care about this.
