Answer

The first two stanzas are fairly regular in structure, but the third stanza has a rush of lines and the speed is much quicker, to emphasise the sudden burst of the water pipe and the flood of water. The lines are not the same length and this best shows the sudden and irregular pattern to water flowing out of the burst water pipe. The lines do not end with commas or full stops which adds to the speed of the stanza.
