The final stanza describes naked children dancing in the water as if it is a celebration and a fun game. The water is described as ‘liquid sun’, which shows the power of the water and how it warms them, helps them grow and is fertile, just like the sun. There is the description of lights and the blessing of the water over their ‘small bones’ as if the water is like a priest blessing them, baptising them with this water. Again the water takes on a religious, god-like quality as it is so valuable and important to us for life.
