Having money was not the problem for Jesus – it was how you used your money.

In the parables of the Good Samaritan and the Sheep and the Goats Jesus talked about how we have to consider that anyone in need should be helped as readily as if they were Jesus.

The Beatitudes teach us that those in need are blessed and can earn their reward in heaven.
